Members reserve the right to discontinue service at any time.

The number of hours per month that the service is available to members is limited. The current limit is 40 hours per month per member. We have the right to change this limit at any time.

We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited mass emails or spam of any sort, whether via email, Usenet or any other form. The account of any member who uses spamming techniques to solicit referrals will be terminated, and that mailing address will be ineligible for a new account.

Members are only credited monthly for the hours of their referrals up to the number of hours that they actively used the Viewbar™ Members are only credited

Members are only credited for referrals for four levels past their original referral.

Each member may only name one referrer.

Checks will be mailed only once a member has accumulated $20 in their account.

The Viewbarв service is currently not available outside of the United States.

Use of the Viewbarв service is subject to the terms and conditions of a software license agreement which the user will have to accept prior to downloading the software.

We reserve the right to remove any member at any time from the Service without prior notification.

Rates, hourly limits and all other terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members.

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.

NEITHER ALLADVANTAGE NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
